- 12‑month agreement from date of enrollment
- Auto‑renews annually unless canceled in writing
- Cancel anytime with prorated refunds based on services performed

- Repair parts or labor outside scheduled maintenance
- Refrigerant or leak detection services
- Drain clearing requiring specialized equipment
- Filters (unless provided by the customer)
- System replacements or major upgrades
- Damage caused by misuse, weather, flooding or pests
